Laser diameter measuring instrument is a laser scanning, non-contact measurement of the diameter of the wire instrument, the purchase of the instrument need to pay attention to the following points:

Wire is round, opaque.
The minimum length of the wire is not less than 100mm, can be placed in the guide wheel frame.
Wire diameter between 0.2 ~ 30mm.
The instrument uses laser scanning principle, pay attention to the use of dust and humidity environment can not affect the laser irradiation and optical lens on the laser transmission.
Instrument installation location is consistent with the size of the instrument.
The power used by the instrument is AC22050Hz. If it is other power supply mode, it needs special instructions.
Instrument to provide feedback output signal DC: 0 ~ 10V, user-friendly production equipment connected to the inverter, according to the pre-set to automatically control the production of wire to meet the diameter tolerance requirements.
